Please join the Coalition for the first session in our Breakfast Series, which we are holding lieu of a conference this year. The first session, The National Scene and its Impact on Behavioral Health, could not come at a better time.

National colleagues will share insights on pressing issues facing our nation: COVID-19, insurrection, racial and social injustices, the new President and the Democratic majority in the Senate. Hear how recent events in the Capitol will impact the federal policy process, and learn more about the priorities for behavioral health at the federal level. We'll discuss how these events will impact New York’s community behavioral health agencies and those we serve with mental health and substance use disorder issues.

Keynote Address: Charles Ingoglia, President & CEO of The National Council

Respondents:

  • Al Guida, President/Principal, Guide Consulting Services

  • Amanda Deaver, President, Upstream Strategic Communications
