The New York City
Regional Addiction Resource Center (RARC)
The InUnity Alliance’s Regional Addiction Resource Center (RARC) promotes awareness and expands access to recovery resources for individuals and communities affected by substance use. Through strategic partnerships with neighborhood stakeholders, a comprehensive directory of services, and community-building events, RARC helps create a recovery-oriented system of care across New York City.
Supported by funding from the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS), RARC is committed to fostering a future where every New Yorker has the knowledge and tools to understand the risks of alcohol, substance use, and problem gambling. By building strong community collaborations that promote prevention and wellness, we empower individuals to make informed decisions and lead healthy, substance-free lives.
Through educational initiatives, targeted media campaigns, community events, focus groups, and a monthly Substance Use Committee, we work to reduce risks and strengthen protective factors across all five boroughs: The Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island.
Our online resource hub connects individuals, families, and providers with high-quality prevention, treatment, and recovery services, enhancing the overall health and well-being of New York City residents.
