Leadership Institute Focus Groups

The Coalition and ASAP are announcing the next step in our planning effort to lay the groundwork for a Leadership Training Institute, with the work being conducted by Akuity- in partnership with MPG Consulting and Sachs Policy Group.

Akuity is convening focus groups of people within our agencies to inform the ongoing design and development of our Leadership Institute. We want to understand your perception of barriers, challenges, and opportunities associated with this new initiative. 

This set of focus groups involves Senior Leadership and Executives:
C-suite, Executive/Sr. other Vice President, Division Heads, and or equivalents
